Construction of a retail store for JABA and OPAL Diving Club. The interior and MEP design were completed by Space Architectural Studio, while construction was handled by us. The existing building covers an area of approximately 200 m². The scope of work includes demolition, structural repair, design, procurement, and Fit-out construction, leading up to the handover. The total value of this project is 0.67 Million.
